Pompey Pies, a new men's pie-making group in North End, has launched with great success.
Run as a six-month pilot by Portsmouth City Council, the group helps men meet new people, learn new skills and enjoy good company. Hosted at North End Baptist Church, it links with the church's food pantry, offering affordable food. It is hoped that the pilot will inspire several similar groups across the city.
