At Mindset Maintenance CIC, we are committed to supporting our community and providing enriching experiences through our events. As a non-profit organisation, we operate on limited resources, and therefore, we have implemented a no-refund policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
No Refunds: Once a ticket has been purchased for our event, it is non-refundable. We are unable to process refunds for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts. Your ticket purchase goes directly towards supporting our mission and the delivery of our programs
. Passing Tickets to Someone in Need: Instead of seeking a refund, we highly encourage you to pass on your ticket to someone who would benefit from attending our event. By gifting or selling your ticket at face value, you can help us ensure that individuals in need have the opportunity to participate in our community
a. Gifting or Selling at Face Value: If you are unable to attend the event, we kindly request that you consider gifting or selling your ticket to another person in need at face value. This means you should not charge more than the original purchase price of the ticket.
b. Utilising the Waiting List Option on Eventbrite: Alternatively, if you are unable to find someone directly, you can use the waiting list option on Eventbrite to offer your ticket to those interested. This way, someone on the waiting list can take your place, ensuring the ticket doesn't go to waste.
