Stress and overwhelm can show up in many different ways — and often, we don’t recognise the signs until we’re already running on empty. "Stress & Overwhelm: What Does That Look Like for You?" is a reflective and practical session that helps participants identify how stress personally affects them, both mentally and physically.
Through guided discussion and self-awareness exercises, this session explores the common (and hidden) signs of stress, the impact of prolonged overwhelm, and what individuals can do to manage their own stress responses more effectively. Attendees will leave with greater clarity, practical coping tools, and strategies to create more balance in their day-to-day lives.
