Tap into your inner creative and discover the benefits of mindful art to calm your busy mind. Whether you're a professional artist or haven’t picked up a pencil since you were a child, this workshop will help you to rediscover the power that is found in the ‘process' of creating. You will be shown simple drawing techniques which are designed to bring you into a state of mindfulness, and you will take away your own creation and the tools to continue your creative journey at home. All tools and materials are provided. Some people find it enjoyable to listen to music whilst creating their art so you may wish to bring your own headphones and something to listen to.

Children’s Wellbeing with Hannah Murray
Explore strategies and insights into nurturing the mental and emotional health of children, fostering resilience, and promoting a positive environment for growth. Hannah Murray is a Mental Health Professional with over a decade of experience which she used to form Beautiful Minds Coaching. Hannah works with young people to help them to improve their emotional wellbeing, reduce negative outcomes and improve their confidence.
Managing Neurodiverse Children with Tamzin Hall
Tamzin Hall, founder of The Neurodiversity Academy, is a neurodiversity expert with decades of experience. She specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals and guiding neurotypical individuals to create inclusive environments. In this workshop, Tamzin will share practical strategies and tools to help you better support neurodiverse children.
This workshop is perfect for parents, caregivers, and educators looking to deepen their understanding and gain actionable knowledge to support the wellbeing of children in their care.

Who are LANO Yoga?
LANO has multi-style yoga spaces in the heart of Southsea and Chichester. They offer a variety of hot and non-heated yoga for all levels and abilities, and are dedicated to supporting your health and wellbeing. The first studio was opened almost a decade ago and the aim was to bring yoga to all - whoever you are and whatever you do. 10 years later, LANO continues to keep this ethos alive by upholding safe, nurturing spaces in which to explore exceptional yoga classes.

We support Portsmouth and surrunding areas with wellbeing seminars, small wellbeing events and free workshops, some of which are online.

Meditation with Victoria Hiscock
Victoria is a certified Mental Health Advocate and Meditation Teacher who specialises in the mind-skin connection. She manages her Generalised Anxiety Disorder, ADHD and cystic acne using meditation and mindfulness.
Join her for a 15 minute mental refreshment meditation where she will guide you on a visual body scan to reset the nervous system. Say goodbye to stress hormones and hello to your bliss chemistry.
Breathwork & Cold Water Therapy
Mark Gaizley , will lead transformative breathwork and cold water immersion sessions. As the director of Man Mind CIC, Mark is dedicated to building strength and resilience in men through the power of breathwork and cold water therapy. He recently authored a book on cold water therapy, offering practical guidance on starting your journey into the cold and unlocking its potential benefits. Mark’s session is an excellent opportunity to experience these techniques firsthand, helping to cultivate mental resilience and physical wellness.
Reiki and Holistic Healing with Laura
Laura, a certified Reiki Master and holistic healer, brings her expertise in Reiki, massage, and facials to create an experience focused on balance, relaxation, and overall wellness. With a profound passion for wellness, Laura is dedicated to helping others find peace, healing, and rejuvenation through her work. Her Reiki session will offer attendees the chance to experience energy healing and achieve a deeper sense of relaxation, promoting emotional and physical wellbeing.
Meet and connect with like-minded individuals while tasting local flavours from Raw Fusion, a local vegan food company.
