Whether you're a professional artist or haven’t picked up a pencil since you were a child, this workshop will help you to rediscover the power that is found in the ‘process' of creating. You will be shown simple drawing techniques which are designed to bring you into a state of mindfulness, and you will take away your own creation and the tools to continue your creative journey at home. All tools and materials are provided. Some people find it enjoyable to listen to music whilst creating their art so you may wish to bring your own headphones and something to listen to.
