Who are Mindset Maintenance?Mindset Maintenance is a Portsmouth-based not-for-profit dedicated to enhancing mental wellbeing and resilience through low-cost events and free workshops. We host in-person and online sessions covering everything from mindfulness and resilience to community connection and creative expression. We believe in creating supportive, welcoming spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.
