Session 1 - My Wellbeing - What does it mean to have positive wellbeing?

What does "wellbeing" really mean — and how do we know if we’re truly thriving? In this reflective and engaging session, "My Wellbeing: What Does It Mean to Have Positive Wellbeing?", participants will explore the deeper meaning of wellbeing beyond just the absence of stress or illness.This session unpacks the key elements that contribute to a positive sense of wellbeing — including emotional, physical, social, and mental health — and encourages participants to define what wellbeing looks like for them personally. Through guided discussion and practical insights, attendees will gain clarity, self-awareness, and inspiration to take small but meaningful steps toward living with more balance and purpose.
