Welcome to the Fitness Marathon 2025 ! Join us for a day filled with fun fitness activities and challenges at the Mountbatten Centre . Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, there's something for everyone at this event.
You can expect a blend of programmes such as Body Combat, Body Attack, GRIT and even a bit of Dance and Yoga! We will be moving for 3 hours nonstop however, if you need to take a break, you are free to do so! There will be snacks available - All fitness levels welcome!
All money raised going to local nonprofit Mindset Maintenance to facilitate workshops and courses on mental health & wellbeing in the community.
