Anxiety is a natural human response — but when left unchecked, it can become overwhelming and impact our daily lives. "My Anxiety: Do I Understand the Cycle?" is a supportive and informative session designed to help individuals better understand the patterns and triggers that fuel their anxiety.

Through a clear breakdown of the anxiety cycle, participants will learn how thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, and behaviours interact — often reinforcing the experience of anxiety. This session offers practical tools to interrupt that cycle, manage anxious thoughts, and build healthier coping strategies.

Whether you experience occasional worry or ongoing anxiety, this session provides valuable insight to help you feel more in control and less alone.
